Mic's first fox.
Another great morning for hunting pred. Went out with Michael who works with me at Snap Shots. He had finally finished building his 6.5 Creedmoor and I was hopping he'd get to blood it out today. The field we were calling was covered with fox tracks so my hopes were high that we'd get a shot.
After a week end of carryting the camera, this morning I felt like carrying my gun so I'd have to relly on the little ATM gun mounted camera for images if we got any action.
Got there just before dawn, set the foxpro about 100 yds out and waited until it was legal time to turn it on. it took about 30 seconds and there was a fox in the field. I point it out to Mic, range it as he gets setup for the shot, its 300 yds out, then I grab my rifle, turn on the camera and start filming....
For the rest of the story you have to wait a few more days for the video to come out.
Needless to say, it doesn't end up well for the fox.
